Best gym. Friendly staff, everyone who attends is very friendly. Can go anytime since it is open , . Lots of parking. Not too expensive

All the weights and machines you can think of Clean showers, and an infrared saunaat least in the mens room complimentary towels, access is a smoking deal at bucks a month.

Ive been working out here for several years. The flexibility in being contract free is excellent for travelers. The equipment is functional and well maintained. As a gym I prefer this atmosphere, focused on accomplishing a workout, versus that of the competition, focused on Instagram egocentrism.

Im a realist and this gym is mediocre. Lots or old ran down or broke equipment. The set up is small and most everything is dirty.
