Best gym, excellent customer service from Lisa, very clean and lit Sauana, Olympic lifting equipment, hammer strength machines, dumbells, they got it all Im visiting from San Deigo, CA, and this is the gym to go to whether your a local or visiting. Plus they make protein shakes, have preworkout, everything for a gym junkie.

The prices here have constantly been increasing theyve even increased the prices for an addon for a family member I recommend going somewhere else, and Ive been doing here for over years. Weve had the same equipment now nothing has changed so why have the prices increased.

By far the best gym in Asheboro, huge cardio, free weight, and machine sections. Love going there to work off the stress from the day and always can get a great workout because its never too crowded with people right on top of you like some of the smaller gyms in Asheboro.

This facility goes up a month on their memberships, whenever they feel like it. No stair climbers, no row machines, old cardio equipment, saunas down. No amenities included in membership. AC is never on.
