I dropped in for several classes while visiting family for the holidays. The workouts were great. The coaches and members were all amazing and welcoming. I felt right at home. If I still lived in the area, I would definitely be a member and will drop in whenever I visit family again

I was in town for a soccer tournament with my son,just visited the box for a Saturday wod. The owner of the gym was super nice, welcoming and instructional. I am a experienced crossfiter and enjoyed the warmup and partner wod, I was pushed and challenged for sure. Crossfit is a great place to join a Crossfit familycommunity
