I have never done any kind of workouts like what Eat The Frog offers. It is definitely worth it. The classes are challenging but satisfying and you know youve worked hard when they are over. Everyone here including Rob and Derek and trainers Hallie, Christina and Claire are very supportive and help push you to be your best.
