Wife and I joined a few weeks back, and are loving it. Of all the gyms we visited in the Concord area, this one is the best they have all the equipment and free weights you need to accomish whatever goals you have in mind. The owners are very friendly and approachable too. Will recommend to anyone in the Concord area for sure.

Best local gym my wife and I have found in the Concord area. Has all the equipment and free weights you ever need to accomplish your goals, and the owners are extremely friendly and personable. I dont see myself going to any other gym so long as we remain in the Concord area.

This is a nice family owned gym, the owner is a professional bodybuilder and has been his dream of owning a gym. Being family owned the equipment is secondhand and a little beatup but for the most part all the equipment is working properly More
