Every singe person that works here is friendly helpful. The facility is always clean organized. All the equipment is in great shape or brand new. I see Angelo twice a week for personal training and he is great to train with. He know what I need to hit my goals and he keeps me motivated.

I love crossfit cabarrus, the people here is amazing

This is a great facility but the music in the weight room is offensive. The music is mostly rap and the lyrics are offensive.
