I like the energy of the instructors. I like combining runningrowing with weight lifting. I like that were moving constantly with very little downtime between exercises.

Excellent work out, staff, and coach. I love the equipment and the monitoring and look forward to learning to understand everything a bit better. The place is organized, clean and the atmosphere lively and comfortable. I need to learn a bit more about it to excel in anyway, but I believe that will come with a couple of more sessions.

Love how Orangetheory uses technology to provide constant feedback on how youre doing throughout the workout. Coach Amy encourages everyone throughout the workout. The workout itself isnt boring. It keeps you going to maintain your max heart rate. Highly recommend them.

Staff and coaches are the nicest, most welcoming and encouraging its like Chikfila service at a gym Structure of workouts is good, great pace and the heart rate system lets you compete with yourself. Great combination of cardio and weight training.

OTF works I never pushed myself as hard at the gym as I do at OTF. OTF is customizable for every fitness level age. I use the immediate feedback of my heart rate monitor to modify my movements to put me in the correct heart rate zone. Front desk staff is always welcoming coaches are friendly encouraging.

It is a great allaround workout. Some cardio, some core and some strength. Good clean environment, equipment always in good condition. Great coaches and great camaraderie. Their periodic challenges are quite motivating.

Its like having a personal trainervery motivating. Seeing my heartrate zones on the big screen during class keeps me pushing myself. Just completed my th class and I already am feeling stronger and sore. Its a whole groupclass, but no social pressure. Loving it
