Some of the staff are nice, others could improve their customer service skills. All in all, its a decent gym, nothing spectacular about it. I do have an issue, however, that they constantly call and text when you no longer want a membership and have told them so multiple times. Its annoying.

Good gym. Very large. Nice and open. The classes play the loudest music with a bass that all bit shakes the entire building. Makes it impossible to concentrate. But at least their normal gym music is not overpowering. Staff is always nice to greet you and say goodbye.

Great gym and great equipment. Their membership policy is trash. If you need to cancel you have to give a day notice. I moved and now I have to pay for months of membership that I wont even use. They use a rd party company to run their payment and so you cant even cancel through them.
