The Golds Gym on Bragg Blvd has the best staff ever. Especially front desk staff who makes the best shakes Everyone who works in there is always friendly and welcoming. If any issues arise while doing my workout they are quick to respond. Excellent place to workout. However, some of the the machines DEFINITELY need an upgrade.

I love the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. I always get a good workout due to the variety in equipment. I enjoy coming here and feel out of place when I visit other gyms.
