Very friendly staff. And great HO workout. They have a daycare there. Steam room sauna jacuzzi heated therapy pool and upstairs a great workout place they have something for everyone to get healthier and feel better they also have other classes and do special meetups and gettogethers. And book clubs.

Incredibly friendly community. Clean, spacious locker room and showers. Fabulous hot tub. Water classes all day. Lap swimming many hours of each day. Reasonable membership charge.

Yesterday was my first day of aquaticsaquaticse. I didnt know what to expect. But, everything was explained to me and I enjoyed my first experience. Friends have told me that they have enjoyed and experience success with this. I pray that I will also.

The only thing I would change is to have a separate men and women steam roomsauna, but it wasnt a deal breaker for me as the gym offers more than anyone else around. The hot tub is nice to.

Still requiring a mask for fully vaccinated individuals is ignoring the CDC and NC Department of Health. Its anti science. For dollars a month, Id expect more from a facility tied to a hospital.

Outstanding wellness center. The staff is friendly, but dont seem to know how their systems and schedules work. It is easily overlooked though. The facility is great and everyone is very friendly which makes it a great place. Also, you dont seem to ever run into the judging people in the gym area which is a nice plus.

Great gym. If you havent ever visited, come on down All the employees and trainers are great. They have classes for everyone all day and early evening, and have a beautiful clean pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
