Best place ever. Great staff highlyskilled staff, familyfriendly, accommodates all ages and skill levels, very affordable. Would highly recommend both of their locations. The one in Charlotte and the one in Gastonia.

FTF is a GREAT place. I have two daughters that have been training here for over a year, and love it. Ryan, Amber, and all the staff are excellent in what they do. Thanks for giving my daughters the confidence, and motivation to stand up for themselves, and succeed in whatever they choose.

Our son has gone here for about five years, and he actually WANTS to go several times a week. There are adult classes at the same times as the kid classes, and right in the next room. Top notch classes, instructors, and facility. We love FTF
