They just tried to charge me a late fee due to an error on their end. Even provided bank statements with balances and proof theyre was no charge from planet fitness to the account.

If you are already a member check your bank statements. Planet fitness has been doubling my monthly fee and refuse to refund me the difference. After speaking with several managers still no resolve. I thought that this gym was decent until I found out they were stealing funds from my account.

First, the staff is great They are friendly, supportive, and helpful. Secondly, I enjoy being able to come into PF and work out pretty much anytime I want. I also like the fact that I can come in as often as I like. Last, Its always very clean and they work hard to keep it that way.

I only gave stars because of things. The music is way too loud, especially in the locker room as well as it is bad music. There is no fan in the locker room so after someone takes a shower it is so hot and muggy that you begin to sweat More
