This gym is so comfortable Ive been a member at several gyms and this is hands down my favorite. The staff are friendly, attentive, relaxed, and professional. The atmosphere is just great Theres plenty of room to move and lots of equipment to choose from. I can go after work, which is amazing. Very pleased

I go to the one in Rock Hill SC, and its by far one of the best gyms I ever been to. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful to your fitness needs.They keep the gym very clean as well, I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone whos looking for a great gym to work out at. Just started workin out here. Great gym for a great price. Its got everything you need for a good work out. Even better is that they dont make you wear those oxygen denying face mask. Simply wipe down equipment after each too.

The gym is overall decent but as far as having someone at the front desk to allow customers to use facilities as paid for higher membership they suck . Ive even asked the owner on Thursday if anyone will be working Friday and Saturday so we would have access to tanning and both days there wasnt anyone working .
