The place was very clean and the customer service was good. They have cleaner to clean equipment after use.

Everytime I go there to shower its always dirty and even yesterday I went and there was fecies in the shower floor along with lots of hair. I cleaned it myself before using another shower and having to lean that before use as well.

Fitness attendant was Nice, they were too busy had to ask for a tour... joined the club and didnt get my shirt that was included. Wished there was another pf nearby but its just the one for Goldsboro. I go late hours or early morning hours More

Fantastic. Plenty of room. Everyone is respectful. I really enjoy going there. Sometimes I just drop in for a workout when Im in the area. Everyone has a couple extra minutes when they are out shopping or what ever. Get in and do something. Every little bit helps.

One of the single worst gym experiences Ive encountered. Very limited equipment, too many people waiting to use it, and tiny, cramped locker room. They still charged me bucks to quit when Id only signed up days ago. My fault for not More

very nice staff, the machines are nice, the bathroom stalls are good but I really like how comfortable you feel. I could never go alone to a gym before but here, I feel like everyone is there for themselves. They dont stare or judge.
