The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was clean, had plenty of towels for cleaning the equipment, and was near a outdoor walk trail that is mile long to breakup the indoor workout for fresh air.

Great gym. Great owner. Plans are underway for an expansion in the back of the gym over the next year or so. hour access so nothing shuts it down. New machines recently.

Great gym. I was a member there when I lived in Greenville and it is by far one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. The guys at night were literally cleaning on top of the racks and stuff so they went to the extra degree to keep it clean. I miss it but highly recommend
