The staff members were friendly and informative. The gym was clean. It was large and roomy. I think I saw several machine there that are not in my local gym. It will be a pleasure to visit there with my mother nonmember and my sister black card member on occasion. Thank you

Staff here is always friendly and keep the place looking nice. The atmosphere is friendly and it really helps you to get over the initial intimidation that you feel at a new gym. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to better themselves.

I do like planet fitness but I dont like this one locations employees. one girl particularly covers her name tag intentionally so you cant read it was very rude and condescending. while her coworker pretended to not hear how she was acting. I pay for the black card and was amazed with how poorly she acted.

I love this particular location more than ANY other I frequent several other locations for convenience reasons but the staff at the Kannapolis location makes all the difference in the world They know me by name AND which tanning bed is my favorite
