Locally owned and operated for over years we offer a variety of amenities and programs to help you reach your fitness goals. We have an indoor meter pool and outdoor Olympic size pool, hot tub, saunas, and steam rooms. Aquatic programs all year long, as well as a variety of fitness class is driven by a dynamic fitness staff. Three weight rooms, cardio machines, racquetball courts, and a full size basketball court extend the physical fitness options. Need accountability We have certified Personal Trainers available to take your training to the next level not included in membership or jump start your fitness journey. With a variety of different memberships options, we are sure you wont be disappointed

Im always surprised by how crowded it is at am on weekdays However its roomy, clean, all the equipment works and best of all they have towels.

I use the swimming pool, hot water whirlpool and hot and dry heat. I am grateful for those options, the hours of availability ad the friendliness of the staff.

This place is awesome. Has two pools one inside, one outside and spas. It has tread mills, step climbers, elliptical trainers, free weights, weight machines, etc. Staff are wonderful and friendly. If you dont get a great workout here your not trying.
