you are nothing but a to True Fit, go to a gym with a membership as opposed to a contract. Staff is nice, but prone to treating you with that weird car salesman like shallow conversation and empty smiles. The people that workout there are all super cool, kind, and considerate. The business itself is what ruins it.

I visited on looking for information on a daily guest pass. Celest greeted me when I walked in and explained how it worked. I asked to see the gym and she agreed and showed me around. I liked what I saw and purchased the day pass. More

Always a good workout. The group fitness instructors are great and add variety to help us stay interested while getting fit. They just added virtual group fitness sessions so that more types of classes are available.

The staff is rude, protein shake area is never clean, staff does not properly clean nor sanitize their own areas or common areas.I find it unfortunate that the gym promotes diet pills and uses their own staff More

Not sure what some people are complaining about, its a gym full of workout equipment. The staff is nice and ofcourse a manager is going to want to sign you up, its their job...... Equipment and area is always clean, the mens change room, More

I did a tour of the gym. I observed the equipment and the personal trainers. Do not get a membership unless you have glamorous workout outfits this is the new age Golds Gym. A tee shirt and workout pants for the ladies will not work here. More
