Some okay experiences here and some bad ones to be honest...still a member...need the facilities and the workout...but..as with all gyms fit people just arent cool and good looking people...forget it...buy an escort and ford the river of dreams.

Do not get a membership to this gym, during the pandemic we canceled our membership since we were not able to go due to them being closed. Now they are using a law firm and trying to threaten us into paying for the rest of the year although they were closed. Poor business practices.

The management at the newbern gym is poor concerning customer service. They are more concerned about getting your money than helping you as a customer. I would not sign another contract with trufit, thankfully Nancy helped me with my contract issue and had it resolved in less than a week.
