This is the BEST gym in Rocky Mount. It isnt the biggest but the members and owners are very helpful and serious about working out.

Fit Life is the best gym in the Rocky Mount area. The staff and members are friendly. The gym is clean and spacious. Great, convenient location with access. I have been a member for years and workout days a week. If you are looking a gym, I highly recommend Fit Life

Members have a key card that gives access to the gym which is quite convenient for people with demanding work hours. It is a safe location and the gym is spacious, clean and well equipped. Its recently changed hands and is under new management but they seem to be doing a nice job. Its also very affordable.
