A , square foot facility located inside the Johnston Medical Mall across the street from Johnston Health. We offer the following features indoor lap pool, warm water therapy pool, spa, group exercise and aquatics classes, swim lessons, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, steam rooms, racquetball courts, cycling room, fulltime degreed and certified health and wellness specialists, licensed massage therapists, sitter service, nutritional counseling, and ActivTrax. We are a Silver Sneakers and Silver Fit facility.

The staff is very professional the locker rooms are very clean the pools are clean......and I enjoy myself every time I go.....I cant get enough..... they make exercising very fun... oh and dont forget the racquetball thats my favorite
