We are a striking focused, MMA gym in Wake Forest, NC. We train in the arts of MuayThai, Boxing, and Kickboxing with wrestlinggrappling and kids classes coming soon. We also offer strength and conditioning, cardio, personal training, and weight loss programs. We teach all levels from beginners to amateur and pro fighters.

This gym is a great place to learn Self defense and lose weight. I been training here for about months. The staff are every nice and friendly. I would recommend coming here if you want to learn MMA, Kick boxing etc.

Been training here for months and its been mind blowing Soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with open arms. Very clean, fun, family like environment. Ive been to many gyms a rough the Raleighwake forest area and this has been the toughest, consistent training Ive ever had. Definitely recommend this gym
