The instructors are so awesome, and the workouts challenge me in such a unique way its not just your ordinary cycling class or HIIT workout its a oneofa kind workout class that makes you leave feeling so much better and stronger than when you came

I love going to Fly All of the instructors are so motivating and welcoming I also really enjoy the variety of classes the studio has to offer, especially the early morning classes for those who like to get their workout done early before the workday starts I highly recommend Fly

Fly has the most positive, uplifting, encouraging, inclusive atmosphere Every single one of their instructors makes it a goal to get to know you and the staff is so friendly and kind. Im so happy to have found a place that makes me look forward to working out

I love the positive atmosphere, the helpful and encouraging instructors and a community that welcomed me right where I was at in my fitness journey. I LOVE Fly and all of its offerings and amenities.
