As a plus size person looking to make life changes, Im comfortable in there. I dont dread going there. Staff is sometimes hard to find in the mornings. Other than that, I dont hate it there.

It gets the job done. I wish they held to their policies sometimes when it comes to dress codes, but oh well. Lunk heads barely wearing shirts and half naked college girls is certainly a way to keep people coming. Staff hides in their back office on their cell phones a lot. Terrible hours.

Predatory business. Want you to sign things that you can barely read. Then when you have a problem they say its in the contract you signed. Very shady all they want is your money. They care nothing about customer satisfaction.
