This place has confusing equipment with no labels or instructions Im also pretty sure that the owners have completely ignored the praise Ive heaped upon them. Overall, meh You would probably be better off at Planet Fitness, IMO.

One of the best gym I have ever been a member of Not only do they have ample specialty equipment but every member there is friendly and ready to help you improve your craft. I have personally learned more in the past months going to this gym then I have in the years I have been lifting
