A wonderful yoga studio. I did the Wednesday class with Bekha and it was perfect. Will definitely be coming back next time I am in town

This was an amazing experience I did the sculpt and shred, and it really pushed my limits I thought I was fairly fit lifting weights and doing cardio but this was on another level. Im also feeling really great afterwards and everyone there was really nice. I will definitely being going back and making this a weekly workout

I knew nothing about yoga before my first visit. I am a complete beginner and I felt comfortable on my very first day. The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. I never felt like anyone was judging me for being new... which was my biggest fear. This is a great place with great staff
