This gym is a hidden gem of Kearney. Of the many options to visit, this is one of the least crowded with the most options available.

Great gym with multiple fitness options. Crossfit like area, current pool, class rooms, cardio and weight lifting. Open from am till pm most days.

Clean, open, quiet, and friendly gym. Large locker rooms with all amenities. I actually should say the opposite so it stays that way . Highly recommend.

Im currently using the aquatic side of the center for therapy. Its a lovely facility very clean and well maintained. I love the turtle pool because when youre walking in the outside pool, its like being on a track but with water. Its soothing and good for achy joints or just walking around.
