I reluctantly tried a Zumba classand now Im hooked. I can not dance or have any sort of rhythm whatsoever but I enjoy the music and instructors so much. You dont have to be coordinated either. If you can figure out the steps then just dance around to stay moving. Its about being active and having fun.

I started going to the Silver Sneakers classes and I love it. It is so much fun Ashley is an excellent instructor she made me feel so comfortable. The gym is full of friendly staff willing to help. The gym is very clean and organized. Very pleased
