Ridiculous that you cannot cancel your membership online or on the phone. You have to go IN PERSON or mail a letter to cancel. I dont have time to do either and I think most people dont either. Insane.

Nice and clean, staff are nice, music sucks, equipment maintenance ok. Could have more mats, foam rollers etc.

Little bit of a standing contradiction. But the atmosphere is good. It serves it purpose.Clean and tons of cardio machines so if thats your thing you wont be waiting.

They Charge annual fee Jan , however will not reimburse if you call to cancel on Jan . ink still not dry. The transaction was today so they can reverse it. I called corporate headquarters and they said its up to the individual franchise. More

Lots of space equipment includingThree footer ceiling fans to cover the whole gym, theyre always on even in the winter youd need to wear your winter clothes when working out, thinking about quitting since the staff dont care.
