Very good gym located on maine st. Hackensack. Cardio machines on street level with a very large strength training area down stairs. They put alot of effort into keeping the facility clean. Its a no frills gym thats reasonably priced.

No frills, old school gym. Free weights are plentiful despite the size of the floor space. You want glamour, go to Retro. This gym is here for those who simply wanna to work out then keep it moving.

Very dirty, dusty equipment, nobody ever cleans that place, NO ventilation.... The owners are OK but dont care about your complaints... the gym is like a dirty bathroom.

As others mentioned the gym is good without any fuss. No one will bother you or push you for any service. The owner is nice, friendly and respectful. Great gym for work out. Glad i chose this over other flashy ones like blink etc

Phenomenal gym. At the end of the day, if youre looking for the quality experience and can afford it, this is the place to be. Variety of equipment, steam rooms, and some of the best showers at a gym facility. You can even grab a protein shake after your workout.

This gym is great. Not a lot of ppl which I guess is good for me but not so much for the owner lol nevertheless always clean, plenty of machines and they have a shakes bar.

First gym I ever joined. Eddy, the owner, is a great guy, you can learn a lot here if youre interested in weight liftingor bodybuilding. Its small, but its a down to earth gym and very affordable.

This is a real gym. If you want the fancy sht, dont come here. If youre looking for some gains, definitely join.
