. Good crowd control and cleaning practices during covid.. Equipment isnt maintained well regularly which leads to due longer delays in repairing them when any equipment is broken and rendered unsusable.. Its inexpensive at to their regular membership.

No parking...have to pay to park in a garage each time. I am looking to switch locations. I do like the fact that this location is not overly crowded...there is space between ppl and the equipment.

Planet Fitness Newark is a great gym with a very friendly and helpful staff.. The social distancing measures are apt and the cleanliness is top notch. Ive had a great time since they reopened and all the amenities are great.

I just recently called to resolve a payment balance and the person who answered the phone lacked empathy and education for customer service. Her name Tonel, the tone and demeanor were unacceptable. I hope karma strikes back. Have a great day. Never going to this gym again. PS. The parking sucks.

Ive been going to this facility as a visitor as Im in the area for a while. Since my first checkin I havent had any trouble. Staff has been friendly and helpful and I have no complains as the equipment is on good shape and clean. Definitely feel very comfortable and at home. Keep the good work
