Please tell the staff that once its closing time not to use the lunk alarm to tell guest its time to leave. ITS PAINFUL TO THE EARS. You have enough staff to go upto guest and tell them its time to go. Its Ill manerd and if my ears develop a ringing in my ears, you will have more issues than u want.
