Classes are great, the trainers are very personal and the front desk staff are just wonderful. I do wish they had a sauna but other then that I couldnt ask for a better place. I was uncomfortable with gyms until this place.

This gym does everything right Tons of Classes, hour access every day, baby sitting, huge turf. Urge is Gorgeous, super clean gym, OMG friendly courteous staff, and yes they explain everything clearly. This place feels like home. Oh and the weight loss programs bikini prep trainers are killer
