Great trainers, I like it because there is no sensory overload like Planet Fitness. Its a great place to exercise and get healthy. Lots of weight and cardiovascular equipment.

Cant say enough good things about it. The therapist are very knowledgeable and personable. I always feel better when im done even if i complain a little while doing it. Lol They know what they are doing there. Helped me in other areas i didnt think i could even help. Thank you

By far the best gym around Everyone is friendly, the trainers are topnotch, everything is clean and wellkept, and the gym has everything you need from free weights to machines to cardio plus tons of classes.

I like the jym but today the staff not friendly at all. Looks like its very hard for them to say Hi and Buy to members. Mean people on front desk exempt one woman. Also, shower rooms not a really clean. I dont know but I didnt see a More

I love this gym.. you dont feel so close to the person next to you. There are multiple small areas that are off to the side that you can use. People around you are always courteous. If you need the equipment then you have everything you need here. Work hard and push yourself. You leave sore and proud.

Ive been a faithful customer for over years. I like the gym and the fact they have a sauna and a steam room but I have to be honest, the machines and equipment are very old, obsolete. They dont have equipment that I now wish they had. More
