I started kick boxing classes months before all gyms where shut down due to covid. How ever I noticed my self getting in shape faster then ever before. I dont see listing posted for the next class after October. Please post next class soon looking forward to sign back up.

awesome staff theyre super friendly people. im on the team, and the coaches are wonderful. i highly recommend joining the team to work on teamwork and social skills while having fun in practice. ive made the best friends in my six years of swimming.

Joined yesterday with a family membership. So I will have to update the stars later. But the staff was friendly and equipment was in great shape. I look forward to getting in shape. I will check back in next month.

The before and after care in commercial township is HORRIBLE they are never on time in the morning . Suppose to be here by and no one is ever on time . I used this program so I could go to work on time but still late because the workers are never here on time .
