I really enjoy Powerflex because you are able to workout anytime. At certain points throughout the day there are only a handful of people working out and you have free reign with the equipment. More

Powerflex is a great gym for both cardio and weight training. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gym is rarely busy, event at times where other gyms would be packed.

Great gym that I can go and workout anytime that I desire. The juiceheads usually come in later in the day. Ive never actually seen any one of them workout, just strut and pose in front of the mirrors. Maybe this gym could open up a location with no equipment only furnished with mirrors. Hahaha.
