Great gym, especially for the serious lifter, and definitely for the area. Worked out here for over a year when I was living in the area and its just a all around good.

There is a CrossFitcircuit training section, powerlifting, body building, etc. The legitimacy of this gym was established when I saw the pendulum squat machine, deadlift jack, and belt squat machine. Staff was very friendly and professional. Best gym in the area.
