It seems like their newer associates need to learn professionalism. Every time I come in to get scanned in or try to use the black card amenities, an associate is glued to their phone or finishing up a text or sitting on the floor. Not very More

When I was looking at there gym its nice but when it comes to the Cassie she was rude and got very irritated when I asked questions and they gave me an answer to not join the gym because of unprofessional and mean they are and nothing kept More
