The staff is so nice, the pool is wonderful temp of the water is perfectly cool. The entire facility is clean and its spacious including the locker area and restrooms. I think the fee is fair considering what they offer. I am there very early in the morning amdor early afternoon and its not too busy. Thank you.

Its pretty solid, only complaint is there is only one leg extension machine and its always in use. There is another but its falling apart and its plate loaded. My suggestion to fitness one is to replace that old one.

Sauna is not properly cleaned. It sometimes has a musty smell, indicating mold or mildew. Everything else in this gym is good though.

Really cool equipment. Lots of amenities including swim lanes, jacuzzi, saunas, exercise classes, climbing wall and lots more for a reasonable price. Check it out

We love Fitness One. They have a good variety of workout machines, fun classes with friendly teachers, etc. We joined because I needed to practice swimming for a triathlon, and weve really been impressed overall.

Dont join this gym if you are not sure how long you will use it. They will screw you on cancellation fees, especially if you dont use it for six months. Also trying to freeze your membership is a ripoff. Go to Planet Fitness.
