Great place to learn fitness, technique, selfdefence, and much more. The teachers are amazing and pay individual attention to every student. Exceptional institute to gain friends and confidence. Highly recommended it.

Excellent establishment for the kids and the parents to get a workout in. Plus kids learn about bully awareness and how to stop an altercation. Really cool staff that are super helpful and willing to educate.

We just started doing classes at the new place in Los Lunas. Non intimidating and really helpful instructors for adults and kids. The schedule is wide ranging so regardless of your schedule anyone can find a class. Awesome litte gem in the small town of LL.
