Defined Fitness Rio Club

Nice place, the cost of a day pass is over priced, youre almost forced to buy a membership. The staff isnt polite at all to visitors and members, dont visit this gym if youre in the area, take it from a person who works at a gym and is a personal trainer, look else where for a better place to workout

Good start, destined for failure. Theres no effort to manage customer abuse. Every month a new device or machine is broken. Repair takes eight weeks, if repaired at all. Started with four Yoga balls, now theres zero.

Love the facility but hate that it is so dirty, bathrooms never get clean and stalls are always out of tissue. Over all facility needs cleaning attention. It a shame that this is a new facility and no one attends to the cleaning.

Just rude I can see using two machines when they next to each other,but to put your stuff on two machines and be using a third across the room in just rude. Also since opening, floors and machines are dirty.Really need a general wipe down a couple of times a day.

Only gave a three because the gym is beautiful and the day care workers are always so sweet to my child But the general manager who is a blonde female is unfriendly. Always seems like shes doing you a favor by being there. Her and More

I really love this gym. Even during the busy hours it never feels crowded. Has everything you could ask for in terms of equipment and amenities. Its also the cleanest gym I have ever been in.

This Fitness Club is Amazing, definatly the best in the State hands down So upscale with decent pricing Pool, daycare, Hydro Massage room,and all classes included in your membership And the Views of the Sandia Mountains from the Cardio deck are breathtaking
