First off let me say that Rocky is a great guy. He has a good sense of humor and has a great amount of knowledge. Rocky knows just about everything from pro MMA to pro boxing to powerlifting. Love the gym no egos allowed. hrs. very More

Just started at this gym and I love everything about it. I love the hour access and the amount of great equipment to use. The BJJ Classes are exhilarating. I love that Im a part of a family that is helping me achieve my goals and dreams.

I cancelled with this gym and only went there for a week. I showed him orders cancelling my gym membership.Because you either cancel by paying the due or show orders showing you are moving away. So I stopped getting charged, all of a sudden he is charging my account when I am not even going to the gym.

The gym is nice, clean and well equipped. The membership and rules are simple and straight forward. This is a great gym if you are looking to get a good workout without the lockdown contracts that other gyms get you with. The owner is very nice and will help you with whatever you need.
