Always feel safe. Great staff all the way around especially the front desk staff and the tennis pros. Of course Im biased

With Covid they are charging their members full price when only their gym is open and minimum capacity. On top of that you can put your account on hold for a reactivation fee We do not feel comfortable going to a gym as its been proven that they are the dirtiest places to be with or without Covid

Really liked their exercise room. Wanted to like everything as people seemed very friendly and welcoming mostly. Women warned me about how your bathing suit turns white after a period of time. They werent joking because I got chlorine More

When i was last there a few years ago...all the amenities, few of the amenities updated. Much in disrepair. Maybe the waki sabi was shabby chic. The dry sauna and salt pool were best.

Super cool place but for the price I would have to give it four stars. I would love to be able to afford to work out here.I like that it has a steam room and the swimming pool. The view is just spectacular from up on the hill and Im always mesmerized by the beautiful Santa Fe sunsets from El Gancho.

Me and my family fully enjoyed our visit to El Gancho. Not only was the staff very polite and accommodating to my familys needs, the guests there were very kind and friendly. The facility appeared very clean and the Sunday crowd was not too big, with a family friendly atmosphere.
