We have invested in the finest, stateoftheart Precor equipment with a full range of cardio and weights to provide only the best workout experience. Our club is controlled by a customized HVAC system that includes an energy recovery ventilator and an air scrubber to eliminate bacteria and viruses and improve air quality. Our Sol team is determined to ensure you achieve what matters to you because thats what matters to us.

Thats right. Workout. Build those arms up. Get strong. Step out on the street and get hit by a bus. Leave a good looking corpse. Eat kale too. And dont smoke. God dont allow no smokers in heaven.
