Staff was very friendly and welcoming the gym itself is very open to all levels of fitness, with its availability it definitely helps all workers looking for a quick workout before or after work

Been going here for a couple of years. Love it. It is a small gym, but have everthiing you need. It is owner operated and they are nice and welcoming. JB is the trainer and he is the best I have seen.

There staff was insanely rude and the owner had a weird son that was just staring at me while I was working out which made me feel very uncomfortable.

We visited yesterday as we are looking for a new gym we were caught up in the fitness drama of them not reopening several locations. The gym is very clean and not overcrowded. You can just do a regular membership or the group sessions. More

Best decision ever made to switch from crowded, commercial gyms. Yes the cost per month is a bit more but there is no doubt its worth it. Never get crowded at all, dont have to wait for machines, dont have random people looking at you, More

I went to this very small gym pretty often. I wasnt exactly sure about the guest rules, so I brought a friend with me. The gym owners kicked me out of the gym permanently for one offense. I would definitely not suggest going to this gym.
