Ad Astra has joined a great facility. Forge performance has great equipment and Van and Solomon really care about their clients. If your looking for a great gym with great trainers Forge Performance is the place. Solomon take students athletes to the next level.

Forge Performance is a great place to train. Von is great with the kids and honest. Von has the knowledge to take you to the next level as a personal trainer or for student athletes. I reccomend anyone to come out and join Avons gym.
