Love this gym, not crowded unlike other commercial gyms, but could use another stand alone incline and flat bench rather than using the squat rack.

Clean ,quiet and well equipped with quality machines. Staff is very helpful. Friendly yet professional at the same time. Rarely crowded.

They have a great set of equipment, and are pretty cheap in pricing too I have heard great things about their training sessions as well. Its about per session for professional level training. I definitely recommend them for people who are trying to get the most bang for their buck without sacrificing too much.
