Decent Planet Fitness, but a lot of the showers in the mens locker room needed work either no soap, or the shower heads were missing, or the handle itself was gone. Only one was actually fully functional, and that was the handicapped one, which felt wrong to use.

The other day I went to planet fitness with my fiance. Maddie gave us a tour. We were grateful she not only took the time to help us load the app onto our phone but also helped us organize the apps on his phone so it functioned better. Wish customer service was like that everywhere

Soap in showers but staff never say hi or bye. They just keep on talking to themselves. The water cooler is for germspreading sipping only. It doesnt have a water bottle filling function like at other PFs. Staff isnt good about wearing masks.

Just joined a few weeks ago and love it. For such a low price, I can go to any location and have flip flopped between PFs depending on my schedule. Easy checkin with the app, instructional QR codes on the machines, uncluttered layout. More

Its a little crowded sometimes but I always get my workout in and they truly keep the gym super clean. The people working out are mellow not super aggressive. Wish they had more free weights but its still a good gym. And oh ya, the membership cost is easy on the wallet.
