Really like the space and equipment. I totally enjoy the wide open area and variety of workout I can get done. No gronks on the weights just a bunch of boxers

Walking into the gym it was fantastic new equipment the lady that runs it is awesome it didnt take very long to get my senior passport in the system I think itll help me tremendously since I am years old and I need exercise other than walking baby

Everyone working at the gym are great, very helpful and friendly. Garrett and Connie are very knowledgeable trainers. Connie is also a very knowledgeable yoga instructor. The facility is well kept and clean.

The kickboxingboxing class Tyler teaches at UFC gym is amazing. He works really well with all types of levels of training. If you are brand new dont worry Tyler got you Definitely get a good sweat on. I average burning calories from what my Apple Watch tells me when I record the workout so definitely great cardio
