Great gym. Very clean. Helpful staff. Many classes offered. They have of the best zumba instructors in town. The dance floor is amazing it has a basketball spring to it. It really saves the feet and knees. The Friday evening aerobics class, Dancing to Broadway Music, is a super fun workout.

This is a great gym I have been going there for almost years and I could not be happier. The kids club is fantastic and is Washoe County certified so your kids are in good hands. The staff is very friendly as well. They are consistently improving their equipment as well.

The staff is friendly which is always nice. The downside is that the equipment shows its wear and theyre slow about repair and maintenance. Fees are quite reasonable and the gym is conveniently located. My biggest concern is cleanliness. More
